Experience Sharing: Fix issues of iTunesConnect

• Problem: The build remains in "Processing" state after 24 hours

  Description: You can use the build after two or three hours normally (I estimate myself). If remains in "Processing" state after 24 hours, it maybe corrupted for some reason (bad networking...).

  Solution: Change your network, submit your build again!

• Problem: "Invalid Toolchain. New apps and app updates must be built with the public (GM) versions of Xcode 6 or later, and iOS 8 SDK or later. Don't submit apps built with beta software."

  Description: Apple requires you build apps using latest public (GM) version of Xcode on public (GM) version of OS X. You cannot use beta version of OS X and Xcode.

  Solution:

  1. Use public (GM) version of OS X
  2. Use latest public (GM) version of Xcode
