mkok 把一首歌做成卡拉OK字幕影片：它跟着主旋律 MIDI 和歌词文件， 让歌词踩着音乐逐字扫亮，画面上垫你自己的背景视频。 需要 macOS 15.0 或更高版本；界面支持中文 / English。
快速上手（三步）
- 导入 —— 把素材拖到窗口任意位置（拖到预览上也一样）。
- 预览与调整 —— 按播放（或空格键）；打开「设置」调时间轴和字幕样式。
- 导出 —— 点「导出…」，选格式，存盘。
第一次用？菜单「文件 → 打开示例工程」，包里自带一份小演示，一键装好即可走完整个流程。

常见问题
- 「歌词文件的文字编码认不出来」 —— 把歌词另存为 UTF-8（或 GB18030）再拖进来。
- 「这条轨上一个音符都没有」 —— 那个 MIDI 的主旋律轨是空的；回编曲工程重新导出旋律轨。
- 歌词和音符对不上 —— mkok 会点出第一处（第几行、第几个字）。 末尾多出几个音（走句、尾音）是常事：弹框里选「继续」，就只用歌词需要的那些音符。
- 导出的 mp4 是黑底 —— mp4 存不了透明通道；要叠到别的画面上请导 ProRes 4444（.mov）。
- 导出慢 / 占盘大 —— ProRes 4444 母版本来就大（每分钟好几个 GB 属正常）； 格式菜单下面那行体积预估在开跑前就能看到。
- 设置页里的小预览永远画内置示例 —— 那两个格子是「样式试衣间」， 不跟你的歌走，属正常。

What mkok is
mkok turns a song into a karaoke caption video. It follows your lead-melody MIDI and lyric file to sweep the words in time with the music — word by word — over a background video of your own. Requires macOS 15.0 or later. The interface is available in English and Chinese.
Quick start (three steps)
- Import — drag your files anywhere onto the window (onto the preview works too).
- Preview and adjust — press Play (or the Space bar); open Settings to tune the timeline and the caption style.
- Export — click Export…, pick a format, and save.
New here? Choose File > Open Sample Project — a small built-in demo loads in one click so you can walk the whole flow.

Troubleshooting
- "The lyric file's text encoding can't be recognized" — re-save the lyrics as UTF-8 (or GB18030) and drop them in again.
- "There isn't a single note on that track" — the MIDI's melody track is empty; go back to your arrangement and export the melody track again.
- Lyrics don't line up with the notes — mkok points out the first mismatch (which line, which unit). A few extra notes at the end (pickups, trailing notes) are common: choose Continue and only the notes the lyrics need will be used.
- The exported mp4 has a black background — mp4 cannot hold transparency. To composite the captions over other footage, export ProRes 4444 (.mov).
- Export is slow / the file is huge — a ProRes 4444 master is large by nature (several GB per minute is normal). The size estimate under the format menu tells you what to expect before you start.
- The small previews in Settings always show the built-in sample — those two panes are a style fitting room; they intentionally don't follow your song.
