我们不收集什么

这款 app 没有账号体系，也不含任何统计与追踪组件。具体地说，我们不收集：

• 姓名、邮箱等个人身份信息；
• 设备标识符与广告标识符；
• 使用统计与行为分析；
• 崩溃日志与诊断数据；
• 位置信息；
• 通讯录、日历、照片等系统数据；
• 你导入的音频、视频、MIDI 与歌词内容；
• Cookie，也没有任何形式的跟踪。

你的文件

你拖入或选择的素材只在你的 Mac 本地被读取；导出的影片写到你自己选择的位置。 这些文件永远不会被上传到我们或任何第三方。

本地保存的一点点数据

为了记住你的偏好和窗口状态，mkok 会在本机保存三份小文件 （位于 ~/Library/Application Support/mkok/）：

• global.json —— 全局设置（如字幕样式的默认值）；
• recents.json —— 「最近打开」列表（含指向你素材文件的安全书签）；
• session.json —— 窗口与会话的恢复状态。

它们只存在于你的 Mac 上，不联网、不外发。 想清掉这些痕迹：退出 mkok，删除整个 ~/Library/Application Support/mkok/ 文件夹即可。

网络与第三方

mkok 的沙箱权限里没有申请联网权限 —— 「不联网」不是一句承诺，而是这款 app 在系统层面不具备联网能力。此外：没有第三方 SDK，没有统计服务，没有广告，也没有任何接收数据的第三方。

技术说明（让「不收集」有据可查）

为实现三项纯本地功能，app 会在你的 Mac 上读取以下系统信息，仅在本机使用、绝不传输：

• 文件修改时间 —— 检测你导入的素材是否被外部改动；
• 可用磁盘空间 —— 导出前检查空间是否足够；
• 系统启动时间 —— 计算导出耗时（相对计时）。

这三项与 App Store 隐私清单（Privacy Manifest）中申报的「必需理由 API」一致。

数据保留与删除

我们不收集数据，因此没有可保留的数据。本机那三份小文件随时可按上面的方法删除； 卸载 mkok 也会将它们一并清除。

你的权利

由于我们不处理任何个人数据，访问、更正、删除、导出等数据权利没有适用对象。 我们不出售、也不共享任何个人信息。有疑问仍欢迎联系我们。

儿童隐私

mkok 不面向儿童设计；并且如上所述，我们对任何人（包括儿童）都不收集数据。

政策变更

本政策如有更新，我们会修改本页并更新页面顶部的日期；重大变更会在本页显著位置说明。

What we don't collect

The app has no accounts and ships no analytics or tracking of any kind. Specifically, we do not collect:

• personal identifiers such as your name or email address;
• device or advertising identifiers;
• usage statistics or behavioral analytics;
• crash logs or diagnostics;
• location data;
• system data such as contacts, calendars, or photos;
• the audio, video, MIDI, or lyric content you import;
• cookies — there is no tracking of any kind.

Your files

The files you drag in or pick are read only on your Mac; exported videos are written to the location you choose. Those files are never uploaded to us or to any third party.

The little data stored locally

To remember your preferences and window state, mkok keeps three small files on your Mac (in ~/Library/Application Support/mkok/):

• global.json — global settings (such as caption style defaults);
• recents.json — your "Open Recent" list (including security-scoped bookmarks to your media files);
• session.json — window and session restore state.

They live only on your Mac — no network, no sharing. To clear them: quit mkok and delete the whole ~/Library/Application Support/mkok/ folder.

Network and third parties

mkok's sandbox entitlements include no network permission — "no network access" is not a promise but a capability the app simply does not have at the system level. There is no third-party SDK, no analytics service, no advertising, and no third party of any kind receiving data.

Technical note (so "no collection" is verifiable)

To provide three strictly local features, the app reads the following on your Mac, used locally only and never transmitted:

• file modification times — to notice when your imported media changes on disk;
• available disk space — to check there is room before exporting;
• system boot time — to measure export elapsed time (relative timing).

These match the "required reason APIs" declared in the app's App Store Privacy Manifest.

Data retention and deletion

We collect no data, so there is nothing to retain. The three local files above can be deleted at any time as described; uninstalling mkok removes them as well.

Your rights

Because we process no personal data, rights of access, correction, deletion, or portability have no subject matter here. We do not sell and do not share any personal information. You are still welcome to contact us with any question.

Children's privacy

mkok is not designed for children; and as stated above, we collect no data from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top; material changes will be called out prominently on this page.
